Plusnet is one of the rubbish broadband service provider in my mind.
First, there is no cool down period, once it is connected you have no right to cancel it. I can't believe it can happened in UK.
Second, the upload speed is only 350Kbps in my area. I can't believe such a low broadband upload speed still existed in UK.
No happy at all, but have to stay with plusnet for one year.
Stay away from Plusnet if you can.
Rubbish company with rubbish service.
